Pomodoro Focus Timer
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
This tool enforces that discipline:
1. **Focus (25m):** Work on a single task without distractions.
2. **Short Break (5m):** Step away from the screen, stretch, or grab water.
3. **Long Break:** After 4 "pomodoros", take a longer 15-30 minute break.
Using this timer helps prevent mental fatigue, maintains high focus levels, and improves overall productivity.
